Volvo A/C panel: ON, OFF and sensor versions are different requests
A practical handover for SAP-V300, SAP-V300A and SAP-V300B.
Three panels can share a family appearance and still describe different operating configurations. The current catalog calls SAP-V300 “ON,” SAP-V300A “OFF,” and SAP-V300B “OFF with sensor.” V300A and V300B both carry the note 7+17, so connector counts do not resolve the version.
Put the operating version in the first line
Write the required OE and one of these exact states: ON, OFF, or OFF with sensor. If the original evidence does not establish the state, write “to confirm” rather than selecting the nearest photograph. Keep the candidate SAP code beside the state.
Photograph controls and the back
The front photograph should make buttons, display area and symbols readable. The rear photograph should show every plug, sensor connection if present, mounting points and label. A close front view without the rear cannot confirm a 7+14 or 7+17 arrangement.
Do not let a spreadsheet merge V300A and V300B
Their connector note is the same, but their product function and OE records are not. Use the full SKU as the key, and store function and OE in separate columns. Duplicate detection should flag identical SKUs, not merge rows merely because the pin notation matches.
Freeze the chosen configuration before quantity
After document or sample review, record the approved SKU, OE, operating state, accepted connector evidence and revision date. Only then attach the bulk quantity. Software coding, installation and electrical verification remain separate technical work for qualified personnel.
