A distributor rarely needs another spreadsheet containing only a photo and a short name. The useful handover is a record set that can be traced, searched and updated: stable item identity, original reference fields, current image links, known catalog application, specification notes and explicit gaps.
Define a minimum record
Provide stable SKU and URL, localized product name, category and function, OE references as text, application exactly as stated, catalog note, image file and dimensions, plus a last-updated field. Keep multiple OE values as a list; leading zeros and letters must survive spreadsheet export.
Mark what the data does not prove
Application text supports catalog search but does not confirm every model year, chassis or market. A blank note stays blank or “to confirm.” Do not add stock, price, certification, warranty or manufacturer status unless an authorized, dated source supports that field.
Handle images as controlled assets

Make updates reviewable
Deliver additions, edits and deletions as a dated change set keyed by stable SKU. The distributor can then update SAP-S208, SAP-V300B or SAP-D303 without rebuilding unrelated records. A rejected or deleted item should not leave broken product links or an unexplained substitute.
