Before shipment: an inspection evidence list for auto-parts buyers
A practical pre-shipment evidence request for imported car and truck switches and relays: match the order, identify checked units and record exceptions.
"Please check before shipping" leaves too much undecided. An importer needs to know what was checked, against which approved requirement and on which units. For a mixed shipment, build an inspection request from the agreed purchase lines. A catalog image or an old sample photo is not evidence about the current shipment.
Start with the approved order, not a photo folder

Keep unapproved changes open rather than hiding them behind an overall pass label. Review the corrected evidence and record who accepted it before shipment release.
